NYC Comptroller Reports Over $2.4 Million Assessed Against Contractors in 2019
Comptroller Scott Stringer reports that the city's economy grew three percent last year. Georgia Contractor Ordered to Pay Over $40K in Back Wages
The U.S. DOL found that a federal contractor in Georgia misclassified five of its employees, and therefore paid wages that were lower than what they should have been under prevailing wage law. Nevada’s Minimum Wage to Increase in 2020
Nevada's minimum wage will increase in 2020. Specifically, on July 1, 2020, the minimum wage will be $9 and $8 ($1 difference for health insurance).
