Nevada's minimum wage will increase in 2020. Specifically, on July 1, 2020, the minimum wage will be $9 and $8 ($1 difference for health insurance). Philadelphia Bans Contractor for Faking Compliance with Diversity Requirements
The City of Philadelphia barred a New Jersey contractor for bidding on work with the City for three years because an investigation revealed that it did not use any minority or women-owned businesses on its contracts despite promises to do so.
