For the second time in six months, one of the largest contractors in Pennsylvania is being sued. This time, it’s a class action lawsuit based on a violation of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, which resulted in prevailing wage workers being short-changed in their profit-sharing and retirement saving accounts. In the first case filed earlier this year, the same contractor was charged with stealing $20 million from employees in the largest wage theft case on record.
