In President Biden’s latest regulatory agenda, we saw that a proposed update to overtime regulations will be released in the fall, a final rule on how the DOL will calculate prevailing wages will be out by December, and steps will be taken to implement the President’s executive order on project labor agreements on federally funded projects over $35 million.
