Senator Edward J. Markey (D-Mass.) and Congressman Jesús G. “Chuy” García introduced the Good Jobs for Good Airports Act, which would improve the pay, benefits, and labor standards for airport workers. For example, it would require airports to ensure that service workers employed by vendors (such as restaurants and retail stores) are paid the prevailing wage and benefits.
