The final rule revising the minimum wage and overtime pay requirements for executive, administrative, and professional (EAP) employees will soon take effect on July 1, 2024. In prepraration for that, the Department of Labor will be hosting an online seminar on June 13, 2024, to provide an overview of the updated requirements.
